Optional Deposit Protection
For jobs where a deposit is collected through the platform, Jobblyy holds funds in a protected state until the customer confirms the work has been initiated. This protects customers from upfront payment disputes and gives providers confidence that the customer is committed.
Dispute Support
If something goes wrong after a job is accepted, both parties can contact Jobblyy support to open a dispute. Our team reviews the situation based on the job record, communications, and platform data. We aim to resolve disputes fairly for both sides.
